In a video that went viral on TikTok and other platforms, a man claimed that four Black girls were murdered and three others reported missing over the past week in Kansas City, Missouri. Hugo Villanueva-Morales, 29, and Javier Alatorre, 23, have each been charged with four counts of murder in the first degree. Bail for each has been set at $1 million.
