Kane Williamson To Make A Personal Apology To Jofra Archer For Racial Abuse By A Spectator

Williamson expressed his shock on hearing about the incident and revealed that neither he nor his teammates knew anything about it until Archer announced it on his Twitter handle.

Earlier on Monday, the New Zealand Cricket (NZC) announced an official apology to the bowler and stated zero tolerance towards racism. The statement said:

New Zealand defeated England in the first Test by an innings and 65 runs in Bay Oval. The second Test will start on 29th November in Hamilton.
